This charge bars, provide a grooved profile

anodized and a profile in  PVC  with a dimension of mm 80x40 .

IIn the inner structure they contain an electronic generator built in a super compacted verson, 

with dimention and weight  considerably reduced compares with the previous versions.

The output voltage dispenced through interchanable elctrode tips is of 20 kV  

positive or negative depending on the requested polarity.

The maximun power of the charge bar is of 0,2 mA.

The control board includes :

two led , one as alarm for the tips usure, the other to signal overloads;

a regulator of the output voltage;

a control led of output voltage ;

one led signaling stand by;

one led signaling power on .

The charge bar is also preset with an 8 pole connector to supply 24Vdc and 

signaling alarms.

The working distance from the material varies from a minimun of 20 to a maximun 

of 100 mm depending on how fast is the material's passage

The bars include in the standard version  the cable with a connecting plug.

Upon customer's request, they can include a supply cable 5 mts or 10 mts long 

with the connecting plug built in 8x0,35  mma  

The standard bar lenght can reach 2 mts. 

The max working temperature is + 50 ° C
