This model of the ionizing gun is equipped with a solid and robust structure making it ideal to use in strenous and hard manufacturing processes.

The air compressed gun, with an output of max. 7 bar, for use with clean, fresh air free of oil and water, provides the assembly of a built-in blower ionizer shockproof version in limited electric current (voltage 7 Kvdc ), safe for the worker and protected to the touchfrom accidental contact and cylindrical terminal with 4 interchangeble tips, built with special steels e subjected to special treatment of gilding.

The function of the instrument for cleaning and removal of electricity is performed with a high degree of effectiveness for a work distance of max. 300 mm. The supply of ionized air is performed by an ON/OFF switch, positioned on the handle, which controls an electronic circuit in high frequency placed inside the gun which supplys the ionizer tips in high voltage; the circuit is equipped with three signaling led visible in the part opposite to the tips, green for the power on, yellow for the active generator and red for the generator overload alarm. The same switch controls an solenoid valve placed in the power supply to feed the air.

The switch in the ON position activates the deliver from the gun of both the air and the high voltage ionizing; when in the OFF position, both air and high voltage ionizing are deactivated.

The structure is made of plastic and epoxy resin with aluminum handle, and powered by the power supply model AEP .

The effectiveness of the gun is found mainly in the painting of plastic parts, in order to remove the dust and dirt.

The adjustment of the air flow is executable through a tap placed at the base of the gun.
