MOD. CND/SF1-30

These bars with rectangular section 48X52 mm. have anodized alluminium structure and are made in the no-shock version.

The compressed air with a maximum power of 5 bar. for air without oil, water and other impurities through the emitters is applied to a special alluminium profile; then, this flow leaks and licks the surface of a bar mod . CNA/30 , conveying with high velocity the electrostatic charges emitted from the bar on the material to discharge.

Air consumtpion for a meter is approssimately : 53 NL/minute for pressure two bar and 115 NL/minute per pressure 5 bar.

If the lenght of bar is shorter than 1 mt there is only a connector for compressed air , which is applied on the side of high tension cable: for total lengths up to 2,2 mt., the connectors are two placed on the sides of bars.

The bars are built connecting the emittors in a resistive way with high tension conducting (4/5 kV,) to obtain a greater afficacy than the capacitive models ; these bars have also a longer life ,thanks to the applications of tips which are built with special steels and which have been put through a particular gilding treatment.

Distance of application from material can vary from 10 mm. to max. 30 mm.

They are equipped with high tension cable 7 mm of diameter, 100 K and with protection sheath 10x13 mm ( optional shielded). The cable and the sheat are 2,5 mts long.

The bars are available up to a maximum length of 2,5 mts.

Max. working temperature is +50° C.
